Welcome to the Houston Chapter American Payroll Association (HCAPA) website. I am honored to be your 2010 President of the Houston Chapter. Your 2010 Board is committed to continuing the active role of providing education, professional networking, and community service. Becoming a member of our chapter is your first step to growth in your chosen profession. Your membership enables our chapter to grow and provide additional opportunities to our colleagues and the community.
