How does the HIRE Act impact your payroll tax deposits and reporting.
The President signed the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment (HIRE) Act on March 18 program to reward employers for hiring individuals between February 4 and December 31, 2010 who have been unemployed for two months or longer and who meet other criteria.
